• We also want to highlight that the QuickBooks issue reported earlier this month was resolved on 8/17 when Zenoti applied a system patch.
• CBD was removed from the Digital Experience on 8/28 Recently, Google has flagged any use of the term “CBD” on Hand & Stone’s digital platforms, which has caused our ads to be flagged as well. After careful consideration of the implications of keeping or removing from the digital experience, it has been determined that the best path forward is to remove all references to CBD from the site and instead encourage the in-spa teams to promote CBD directly. CBD was removed from the digital experience, specifically the online booking flow, on Thursday 8/28. We believe this will have minimal impact to upgrade incident rates, given that only about 0.2% of online bookings since April 2025 included the CBD add-on.
ACTION REQUIRED: Upgrade to Windows 11 Operating System
Microsoft will end support for the Windows 10 operating system this October 14. To minimize any disruption to your business operations and ensure that Zenoti continues to function optimally, Hand and Stone IT strongly recommend that you start upgrading your computers to Windows 11 now.
Beginning the upgrade process early will allow ample time to address any potential issues or identify if new equipment needs to be purchased.
